Position Overview:

To plan, develop, organize, and monitor the overall sales of assigned branch territories. Provide the highest quality service and work with customers to ensure complete satisfaction. Manage sales strategy execution and personnel, communicate with Strategic Sales Director, and recruit personnel continually. Through the account managers, assist in the development of a strong pipeline of sales growth through indirect customer contact and support. Assist in the implementation elevator sales initiatives and strive to provide the best quality of service to customers, ensuring complete satisfaction. Assist the Senior SMEs with facilitating course development and conduct training for Marketing personnel. Strive for continual improvement in sales and marketing. Incorporate and practice HCSG 5 Marks - Safety, Integrity, Efficiency, Legacy, Respect - in all aspects of job performance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support and monitor assigned account managers for achievement of elevator sales goals
  • Prepare monthly reports with current sales and projected sales for managing director
  • Monitor market trends, competition products, and new products to expand our business
  • Assist with personnel needs (recruit, hire, termination, discipline, etc)
  • Develop sales strategies and prepare marketing budgets
  • Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing relationships
  • Partner with Crane Regional Sales Managers
  • Attend trade shows, seminars, meetings, and trainings to present ESG products
  • Attend classes with quality and training as required for professional and branch development
  • Direct region personnel in following corporate programs, directives, and policies
  • Adhere to all company policies including safety, appearance, and customer service

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5 years of elevator industry required with mid-level management experience
  • Solid leadership, effective team building, strong communication and presentations skills to effectively develop relationships with internal and external entities.
  • Strong sales and financial acumen, customer focus and an active leader in sales programs
  • Elevator certifications and industry recognition is preferred (CET, QEI, etc)
  • Computer proficient
  • Demonstrate respect for all individuals
  • Must be able to pass Drug/alcohol screening and background check
